1. How do I register for on-line shopping?
Registering with teckheng.com is easy:
  • Click the 'Sign-in' button on the top menu bar.
  • Our quick and simple registration process will ask you to enter your particulars and password.
  • Upon entering this information, simply place your order.
  • After completing your order, note your order reference which will be displayed on screen.
  • Fax or e-mail a copy of your company letterhead to us quoting your order reference.
  • Upon receipt of these details, registration will be processed usually within 1 business day.
 
2. How can I view my orders?
To view you order history, simply sign-in to your account where you'll be able to view your orders placed through teckheng.com
 
3. How do I amend an order?
Simply go to your basket (Cart) and change the amount of items you require and click 'Update'. If you wish to delete the item, just set your quantity to '0' or click the Remove box beside the item.
 
4. Is the image on the website the item I will receive?
Though we try our best to provide accurate pictures, we are limited by the promotional images supplied by the manufacturer. Please use the images for illustration only. If you need any further details on a product, please contact us.
 
5. What happens if an item that I ordered is discontinued?
Subject to availability, a direct substitute of a product as supplied by the manufacturer may be made if the product is superseded. Our Telesales Office will be in contact with you to confirm the following purchases.
 
6. How am I invoiced?
Upon confirmation of your order via a telephone call from our Telesales, we will process the order and have is delivered to you along with the invoice.
 
7. Can I choose a delivery day?
We offer next business day delivery as standard for most of our products but you may nominate a specific delivery day. Simply mentioned it in the customer comments box or to our Telesales when they call you for order confirmation. Our deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 1:30pm (Saturday).
 
8. Where do you offer delivery?
All our deliveries are made to Klang Valley. We require a signature and company chop, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery location. Delivery to other areas outside Klang Valley, items with substantial weight to an upstairs location are subject to delivery charges. We will notify you if this applies to your order, and will only proceed with your approval.
 
9. When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver your order the next business day upon order confirmation, stock availability, and payment received, providing it is processed before 3pm; however, some furniture, safes, and custom-made items can take a few days time.
 
10. Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is Free of Charge on all orders over RM300.00 at Klang valley. There is a small order charged if your order is below RM300.00 at Klang valley. Other delivery enquiries, please refer to Answer in Question #8.
 
11. Why are your prices so low?
Teckheng.com is one of the most well established office equipment & supplies’ company in Malaysia which has been supplying since 1966 (over 45 years). We buy directly from leading manufacturers of office equipments, office supplies, furniture and stationery, and in doing so we are able to pass on these savings directly to our customers.
